I made some shots in the last months - please tell me if you like them:

Well I've come to terms with the fact I'm no Denzel Washington… and I'm okay with that. All I really wanted to do was to take some good quality pictures I could use as profile headshots for my internet businesses and for my business cards, brochures, etc. This was important since I had a deadline coming up that I needed pictures for.
Based on my photography needs, I had wondered was there a photographer where the average looking person can go to get reasonably priced, almost “Star Quality” pictures taken. Also, I preferred that they were local too because I wanted a photographer that I could do business with again on future projects. Just imagine my delight when I found out that there was such a photographer located in Oakland at Positive Images Photography.
The owner is Gisele Bonds (no relation to Barry) and she not only consulted with me on the objectives of my project, she also happened to be a pleasure to talk to. She is very knowledgable. She definitely won points when she suggested that I go home to retrieve a few darker outfits to round out my photoshoot after I mistakenly arrived with all lighter colored outfits. She then explained why and how the darker colored outfits could be used to my advantage in the photoshoot.
As we took pictures she instructed me to pose at various angles and again she told me why those angles were important based on the numerous ways we discussed I could to utilize those pictures in my marketing mix. For instance, some of my pictures were taken with my business' branding in mind so that my company's logo or other images could be easily incorporated into those pictures. Nice!
For someone who's camera shy, I can honestly say I did enjoy Gisele's professionalism and creativity. After what felt to me like a thousand pictures and almost an eternity, we finally finished! At that point my mind started thinking, I hope these pictures look okay. I have to admit, I felt a little self-concious about the prospect of seeing the finished product because I have like many people, facial blemishes. When I mentioned this concern to Gisele she said not to worrry the pictures are going to look good.
Gisele invited me to come in and take a look at all the pictures we took and choose the ones I wanted. She gave me some positive feedback that was helpful and then I selected my favorites.
Later, when I received my Picture Disc I was happy to see that she was so right, my pictures did look good and my facial blemishes were gone… at least in my pictures! Interestingly, I'm told her specialty is working with high school aged students. Her studio is filled with with a plethora of graduation and prom pictures, etc.
She mentors students by providing intern opportunities at her studio and one of her past interns who is in college currently, still works at the studio which to me says alot about the kind of person Gisele is. I think that Positive Images Photography is aptly named and if you're looking for high quality photos, Gisele is the person you need to see. You may soon find that your pictures will be worth much more than a thousand words if you do!

Perez Hilton warned his readers that they should think twice before clicking a post on his website featuring a Miley Cyrus photo edited to appear that she wasn't wearing underwear. Now Hilton may be thinking twice about posting it in the first place.
The offending image has since been taken down, but the furor over the image is still brimming on the internet. Miley Cyrus is only 17, making it illegal to post pornographic images of her. The same holds true when it comes to illustrating or otherwise creating images of underage children.
Salon.com had an extensive chat with Jeffrey Douglas, a Los Angeles criminal defense attorney who specializes in child pornography cases. “We're not talking about a misdemeanor. You don't have to know what the definition of the law is; all you have to do is knowingly distribute the photograph,” he said. “Under the law, that is still a crime and it is punishable just the same [if it is an edited photo],” says Douglas. “For instance, if you were to take the face of an 8-year-old and put that picture on the nude body of even an identifiable, fully developed adult porn star, it is child-porn punishable identical to if you took a photo of the actual child.”
However, Santa Monica Criminal Defense Attorney Steve Cron told FoxNews that it is unlikely that Hilton would be charged with the crime - there would have to be an official inquest through the District Attorney or US Attorney's office. Also, Miley and/or her legal guardian could report it to a police agency. The FoxNews story also reports that ABC has pulled advertising from Perez' site but MTV said they plan to continue running campaigns - although they have slowly been filtered off the site as well.
Distributing child porn carries a 15-year maximum sentence.
Miley Cyrus may be 17 years old — older than Britney Spears was when she released “…Baby One More Time” — but we still can't help but think of her as an 11-year-old on the Disney Channel in a goofy blonde wig. It's no wonder that her new sexed-up image for “Can't Be Tamed” is stirring up a little bit of controversy.
In 2008, Cyrus was criticized for baring her back on the cover of Vanity
Fair. Now, she's wearing cleavage-baring corsets and grinding with
dancers in videos, pretending to make out with girls on stage, and she
was even busted dirty-dancing with her “The Last Song” director Adam
Shankman. Her back should have been the least of anyone's worries.
On May 14, Cyrus wrapped filming on the final season of “Hannah Montana.” The season will air starting on July 11.
Perhaps Miley should've waited until after her Disney reign was over before busting out songs with lyrics like “I go through guys like money flying out their hands.”
Miley tells
the AP that she doesn't intend to push the envelope too far. “I'm not
trying to be slutty,” she says. “I'm not trying to be like, go to the
club and get a bunch of guys.” Miley is still dating her “The Last Song”
co-star, 20-year-old Liam Hemsworth.
“What I'm trying to do is to make a point with my record and look
consistent, in the way my record sounds and the way I dress,” Miley
says. “When you're 11, the word you would use to describe someone is
definitely
not sexy, and as you get older I think you grow into that. And I think
I've done that but that's not my schtick.”
Her new image may have
caused a few people to forget that she is still under age. Gossip
blogger Perez Hilton recently tweeted a photograph shot up
Miley's dress, taken while she was climbing out of a car. Hilton insists
that she was wearing underwear.
It's definitely arguable that
MIley has been forgoing wearing pants in videos and performances, so a
photo of her underwear-clad crotch didn't show us any more than we've
seen before. The key difference is the intent. Taking a photo up a
woman's dress is a violation — especially if the woman is a girl
of 17 years. It was clearly intended to incite scandal and embarrass
her.
The photographer and Perez Hilton were both crossing a
line, despite a recently released video in which a playful Perez says
“The reason I linked to that photo is because I thought she was exiting
that car in a very unladylike fashion, and you know I like to encourage
Miley to be ladylike.”
Don't expect Miley to put on pants any
time soon. “I'm really comfortable with my body,” she says. “I feel more
comfortable dressing with a little less, which is just how I've always
been. Now I'm able to do that a little more freely and, also, I've
just grown up to be this way too.”
It's great that you're
comfortable with your body, Miley… just give the world a little time
to catch up, please!

We've just learned from The Frisky that new celebrity sex photos have been uncovered and, surprisingly, do not feature anyone from an E! reality show. Perhaps more surprisingly, though, is the news that the star (allegedly) in the dirty pics is Hollywood veteran (and our last living Golden Girl) Betty White!
ZackTaylor.ca says: "According to a couple industry insiders who have been contacted by the people in possession of the photos, there are a total of four pictures that were recently found in a box belonging to the now 88-year-old Betty - The box was supposedly left behind at her old house along with other memorabilia."
Evidently, the photos show Betty and her then-husband, the late Password host Allen Ludden, "engaging in sexual activities." Since Allen passed away nearly 30 years ago, the photos (if they even exist) are probably 30-50 years old and most likely tame by today's standards. Then again, Betty is quite a saucy little lady, so maybe her sex pics could blow any of these dirty little D-listers' sex tapes out of the water! 8 Sexiest Senior Citizens
Although the idea of Betty White having sex photos is pretty funny (and, frankly, kind of awesome), we tend to think this story is a bunch of bull. It's just more proof that no one can be famous these days without having to dodge rumors of illicit activity. Or maybe Betty's learning how to play the new Hollywood game, and her reps started these rumors to get some free PR for her new show, Hot in Cleveland? Whatever the case, we love Betty and are happy that her career is on a major upswing.
